DON AQUI is a stunning black stallion by the top dressage progenator DON BOSCO (Donnerhall x Ramiro x Pik Bube) out of the successfull mare GADINA (1a Premium mare several times in Germany and dam of several State Premium Mares) by GARDEULAN II.

He was LICENSED at the Verden Main Licensing in October 2000 and then went on to successfully pass his 30 day test scoring two 9's for his jumping. In 2002 he won and was placed in several Material Classes and Young Dressage Horse Tests in Germany. Following this he went on to achieve placings in Young Jumper Classes up to L/M-level and finally turned his hand to eventing. In 2003 he had a successful eventing season with Jan Büsch and qualified for the BUNDESCHAMPIONATE in the 5 Year Old Eventing. Following this he qualified for the Finals, where he scored 7.6 and was 10th overall. Due to this fantastic result he was given his permanent Breeding APPROVAL by the Hanoverian Verband.

His offspring have been very successful under saddle in Germany. With several successful showjumpers and eventers, including the International showjumping mare "DORGIA T" who won the 2011 Rheinland Young Showjumping Championships and Advanced Eventer "DARGO T" successfully competing at CCI** events! His first foals in the UK included several BEF High 1st Premium and 1st Premium Foals.

MFS VISION

By one of the top dressage stallions in the world, FLEMMINGH (Pref) out of a FERRO dam, giving one of the most powerful infusion of dressage bloodlines.

In 2004 as a 2 year old, at the Scottish Sportshorse (SSH) Gradings, MFS VISION was awarded a 1st Premium from the KWPN Inspectors Mr Toine Hoefs and Miss Ine van Deurzen. During the feedback Mr Hoefs said he thought Vision had International potential as a dressage horse. In September 2005 he went forward for Stallion Grading, this time judged by the KWPN Inspectors Miss Ine van Deurzen and Mr Bart Henstra. He was proclaimed the CHAMPION STALLION and awarded the highest status of "LICENSED", with top marks for movement, conformation and jump. He was the first stallion in 2 years that was awarded "Licensed". He spent 2008 in Holland being trained at Stal Laarrakkers before returning to the UK.

In September 2007 his first crop of foals were graded through the SSH, MFS CALIANA, MFS CASSANDRA, COLOURED VISION and PERFECT VISION were all awarded 1st Premiums. With most gaining marks of 8/9 out of 10 for movement. His daughter MFS CASSANDRA was the highest awarded horse out of 145 forward for movement! At the 2008 BEF Futurity Evaluations his stock were again successful. COLOURED VISION was awarded a 1st Premium in the dressage section, and WILDWIND ILLUSION was awarded a 1st Premium in the eventing section, and his foals MFS DE VISION and WILDWIND HORIZON being awarded high 2nd Premiums in the dressage. In 2009 his daughter MFS CALIANA was the overall highest scoring horse at the SSH Gradings held throughout Scotland!! In 2010 two of his daughters from his first foal crop were awarded the STER PREDICATE - MFS CALIANA with 78% AND HAZARD FLEUR with 76%!

In 2012 his daughter MFS CALIANA is doing well with her dressage debut attained over 70% in her first Prelim for the Scottish Farmer Championships and in her first affiliated dressage in January 2012 she won the Prelim 12 with 68% and the Prelim 14 with 71.6%, and posted the highest % of the day. She went on to win a further two more classes on the 29th January with scores up to 73.3% and has now also qualified for the Scottish Regional Championships. Along with this his son COLOURED VISION and daughter HAZARD FLEUR are both doing well in BSJA gaining double clears.

MFS ROYAL GENEVE

ROYAL GENEVE combines the best showjumping blood available with the combination of the best of Oldenburg, Hanoverian, Selle Francais and Holstein jumping lines. His dam, GENEVE has also produced "Oneve" who is awarded the "Keur Sport (Spr)" predicate and currently jumps at 1.40m, and "Arza MW" who was awarded "Ster".

At the 2001 SSH Stallion Grading ROYAL GENEVE was proclaimed RESERVE CHAMPION stallion and Licensed by the KWPN Selectors, beating the now International showjumping stallion Murkas Pall Mall H ridden by Peter Charles who won the £162,500 Longines King George V Gold Cup in 2009.

ROYAL GENEVE was the true start to our success here at MFS Studfarm. He has produced numerous 1st Premium offspring, STER mares and Champion horses. In 2005 his daughter MFS ASHANTI was 5th highest placed foal in Scotland judged by KWPN Inspectors from Holland, and is one of the first daughters to be used in our breeding programme. In 2007 he produced the Champion Foal of Scotland in MFS CASINO ROYAL with marks of 9 out of 10 for conformation! His son MFS B'ROYAL was CHAMPION of the 2008 BEF Young Horse Evaluations for 2 Year old Showjumping Colts/Geldings, and then went on to become RESERVE CHAMPION of the BEF Elite Championship Show for 2 Year Showjumpers in the UK.

His first offspring under saddle are now proving themselves in the dressage arena, with RIVIERA L winning all his classes with Laura Fry and now competing successfully up to Advanced Medium Level. His son MFS CASINO ROYAL who was Champion Foal in Scotland in 2007 is now competing successfully in 2011 in 4 Year Old Classes in Ireland, qualifying twice for the 4 Year Old Championships at Cavan International and sparking a lot of interest. Also the gelding ARTFUL DODGER III who is doing very well in eventing in 2011.

CAYDEN HH is a colt foal that has been purchased by the Stud in 2010 as a possible stallion prospect.....and we have exciting hopes for this young man in the future! He brings the most outstanding showjumping blood, and on top of this one of the most highly regarded mare lines in Holstein.

His sire CONTENDER (Calypso II x Ramiro x Ladykiller xx) needs no introduction and is regarded as one of the top stallions in the world. He is known as one of the "Big Three" stallions that stand in Holstein, in that he is limited to 350 mares per year, when nearly 700 breeders apply to use him annually. The mares are carefully selected from the applications, making sure that they are the top Holstein mares only.

His dam SALYTINO HH (Caretino x Calypso I x Sherry Netherland xx) is a Premium Holstein mare and completed her Mare Performance Test with an impressive score of 8.10 overall, with the following marks given - Walk 9, Trot 7, Canter 8, Free Jumping 8.5, Riding Under Saddle 7.5 and Riding Under Saddle Guest Rider 8. This mare descends from Holstein Mare Line 4294. Her son, Corwin HH by Carolus II was selected for the Elite Nationale Veulenveiling Prinsjesdag 2007 KWPN Foal Auction (http://www.veulenveilingprinsjesdag.nl/en/paarden/2007/Corwin_HH.html). The dam line goes back via the blood of Calypso I and Sherry Netherlands xx to the mare Bardi (Aldato) of Holstein stock 4294. Among Bardi’s progeny, we are equally familiar with the International show jumpers Falke 96 (ridden by Gerd Wildfang), Herald (ridden by Markus Beerbaum) and Coolman V (ridden by Nicole Scheller). The famous stallions Losander, Larimar and Capan are also products of this sports horse family. Approved stallions out of this mare line are: Atlas Bavaria, C.I.A., Capan, Cathalido, Lanchello, Losander and the Reserve Champion at the “Holsteiner Körung 2004 in Neumunster” named Cormint and the young talent from Holstein Larimar.

The grandmother WARDA by Calypso I was ranked 9th top Holstein Breeding Mare in 2010, which is an incredible achievement! Warda is a very worthy mare, her first foal Atlas Bavaria (Ahorn Z) was approved in Bavaria. Besides producing this sire, she also produced the stallion Lanchello (by Landgraf I) who is an Approved Stallion in Westfalen. WARDA also brought together with Lasino a Z jumper and the Grand Prix dressage horse Leopard. WARDA is also the mother of Eva II, this daughter of Lancer II brought 3 International showjumpers, for example Corrlan with Andreas Knippling and also Moonlight and Cavann.

The grand-mother Katharine by Sherry Netherlands xx produced the International Showjumper ABC Carducci by Corofino I ridden by Daniel Deusser for Germany. The daughter Fantasie V by Lancer II brought the National Showjumper Champion 61 by Coronado.
